WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Any item(s) purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) with a proof of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags and labels attached.
PURCHASES MADE IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER - 90 DAYS.
Any item(s) purchased during the month of November and December may be returned within 90 days of the date you received your item(s) with a proof of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags and labels attached.
BEYOND 30 DAYS.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days, unless they are delivered to you in November or December. The November and December purchases can be returned up to 90 days after the delivery date of the product.
* Purchases made online must be returned to our designated facility and cannot be returned to a retailer. Returns of in-store purchases can be facilitated at the original place of purchase.
We do not accept returns for the following merchandise:
- Any washed or worn merchandise
- Clearanceor sales merchandise (Any items discounted from the original price at time of purchase)
- Returned merchandise without original tags and labels or received beyond 30 days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Any merchandise without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORMwith be returned to sender.
- Return Authorization Form can be requested by contacting our Customer Relations team at 341-240-8416 or email us at cs@caravancloset.com
- Please printand repack the merchandise in the original packing materials.
- Ensure that you enclose the completed RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORMin the package.
- Be sure to ship the package with carrier assigned by Caravan Closet as shown in the pre-paid label.
- All returns are usually processed within 3-7 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Within 14 days of receiving your return merchandise, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed. It may take up to 7 days before your refund is officially posted to your method of payment depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently due to limitation of our system.
